My favourite film is Alfred Hitchcock’s Shadow of a Doubt. My favourite TV series is Columbo. My favourite book is something by Agatha Christie (I love Towards Zero and Ordeal by Innocence and more!). With this much experience in crime fiction, it only makes sense that I try to write a crime novel of my own.
Exactly what the crime novel will be about, I don’t know. There are older ideas lurking in the back of my imagination. Things I’ve plotted out already and half-started. My temptation, though, is to start something completely new. Something I haven’t even half thought of yet. It’s exciting!
